This private and spacious guest suite with a separate entrance 35 minutes to Reno and the airport; 40 minutes to NAS Fallon. Between guests, we carefully disinfect ALL touchable surfaces and items - doors, drawers, switches, handles, furniture, dishes, linens, etc. - all are sanitized thoroughly. We want to be sure you feel safe and comfortable as possible. In the winter months, November-April, please check road conditions and carry chains; recommend having a 4 wheel/all wheel drive vehicle.

You have your own separate space with separate entrance in a quiet residential neighborhood, 5 minutes from airport and downtown Reno. Less than one hour from Tahoe and skiing. Full large basement apartment is over 700 sq. ft. and has a separate, private entrance (with stairs) and its own backyard. Owners live upstairs. Eclectic decor - antique bedroom set, Mexican themed common spaces. This is NOT a party house. If there is anything resembling a party you will be asked to leave immediately.

There is one queen-size bed and one pull out couch, that is roughly twin sized, and a stylishly decorated full bathroom. The studio has one small step at the entrance landing.

Short walking distance to Wingfield Park, Riverwalk District, Downtown and Midtown restaurants/bars/shopping. 10 minute drive to the airport. Just under an hour to Lake Tahoe. Comfortable queen bed, workspace, dining table, Roku TV. Kitchen has mini fridge, microwave, airfryer, coffee maker, Keurig, stove top, and all the cooking essentials.

Guests will have their own private entrance. It’s conveniently located near Coffee shops, Market Stores and a couple of restaurants. Few other attractions include a golf course (Red Hawk Golf) and parks ( Golden Eagle Regional Parks) 5 minutes away.

Our casita is located in Sparks, we are approximately 8 miles from 1-80 and 20 miles to Pyramid lake. If you want to stay close to home your welcome to take a stroll on the walking trails behind the property. Two skylights enhance the charm. Washer and dryer inside the unit. Not the biggest place in town but it does have plenty of character. Yes it a little different - it is a "cottage".
