Mom moved out so we thoughtfully curated it with only the highest quality & most stylish furnishings to spoil you during your stay. Sleep deeply in the pillowtop King bed under a goose down duvet, stretch out in the oversized walk-in shower, prepare a meal in the fully stocked kitchen, and relax watching one of two large TVs, all with a load of clothes in the full-sized washer & dryer.

Fernley Guest Suite/Near NAS Fallon, Reno, Tesla

This private and spacious guest suite with a separate entrance 35 minutes to Reno and the airport; 40 minutes to NAS Fallon. Between guests, we carefully disinfect ALL touchable surfaces and items - doors, drawers, switches, handles, furniture, dishes, linens, etc. - all are sanitized thoroughly. We want to be sure you feel safe and comfortable as possible. In the winter months, November-April, please check road conditions and carry chains; recommend having a 4 wheel/all wheel drive vehicle.

Our charming home is located in a quiet neighborhood conveniently near Downtown Sparks and just a mile off Highway 80. While our home is welcome to all traveling guests, please note this is a cozy home for travelers only. Unfortunately, we do not host to local residents of the Reno/Sparks area.

Or …just relax in a lounger outside at the firepit …or inside in front of the fireplace.. with a cup of hot chocolate or coffee …& enjoy.

With a queen size bed that reclines, you can get the sleep you need after a day of adventure. Our casita is located in Sparks, we are approximately 8 miles from 1-80 and 20 miles to Pyramid lake. If you want to stay close to home your welcome to take a stroll on the walking trails behind the property. Entrance to the trail is in the cul-de-sac WC STR permit: WSTR23-0092 Transient lodging tax license: W4729 Maximum occupancy: 2 Bedroom: 1 Bed: 1 Parking spaces: 1 No offsite street parking is permitted.

Cactus Flower Bunkhouse

Enjoy a peaceful stay at the Cactus Flower Bunkhouse set on the Rustic Hart Ranch. Comfortable, modern house set right on a working cow horse ranch, where you can view the horses, alfalfa fields and the most amazing sunsets! Traveling with your horses? We offer layover services too, just ask! If more than two guests, we do have an air mattress for the living room.

Cozy bright little place with the basics! Very comfortable and inviting. A sweet little place to crash after a day of hanging out in the desert. Hiking and biking trails are nearby. Bring your dirt bikes or 4 wheelers. There’s plenty to explore right from the door! Close to Lahontan Lake, Lake Tahoe, Reno, Carson City, Virginia City and USA Parkway!
