This studio is finished to a very high standard, accommodating up to 4 adults with one off road parking space and plenty of free street parking. Convenient for the shops and supermarket, plus the many cafes and restaurants and a short walk to the beautiful beach. The apartment doesn’t have a parking space but it is very close to roads that do have free parking.

The accommodation is a top floor apartment with beautiful views over the North Bay, including the castle. Access is via lift from the gated parking area where there is an allocated space. Prospective guests with impaired mobility should be aware that the apartment is on the 5th floor, and should evacuation be necessary due to fire, the only exit route is via the stairs.
