Converted Granary and Loft, Adstock/Addington

The Granary is a wonderful grain store and loft to the courtyard corner of our family home with a private front door and access. The accommodation was originally part of a stud farm, producing famous stallions. Substantial and spacious with beams and views to the paddocks, at first floor. A fine small kitchen alongside a comfortable dining and lounge area. Free parking on site and separate boiler house provides heating and hotwater. Tingewick Barn is situated in the middle of a beautiful farm and stunning countryside, completely undisturbed. The property enjoys countryside views and is an amazing place for spotting wildlife, as well as our own farm animals. Boasting the best of both worlds, whilst with its rural location, we are just over 5 miles away from Silverstone circuit, 5 min drive into Buckingham town center, 15 mins from Bicester Village, 30 mins from both Milton Keynes & Oxford and an hour from London by train.

There are footpaths directly from the property into the surrounding countryside. The village also boasts a dog friendly pub which serves good food.

The Hat's Hut is a unique wooden hut set in a beautiful location on a working farm and looks out onto a paddock with horses and other wildlife, it has a 4ft5 by 5ft8 bed with a wall at each end.
