Charming Guest Room in 1907 Cottage on Russian Hill

Begin a relaxing morning out on the porch, then head to the local international market and delis. This fully-equipped suite features a comfy 4-poster bed, kitchenette, and charming dining area. It's all the comforts of home with a 20th-century vibe. Annie’s Cottage offers charming accommodations within walking distance of Fisherman’s Wharf, Union Square, China Town, North Beach and other San Francisco favorites. Our unique San Francisco lodging on Russian Hill is convenient to many interesting shops and boutiques nearby. The historic San Francisco cable car system is only a short 1/2 block away. The accommodation is very private with a separate entrance and private deck. Since we are behind another building there is very little street noise. It is like being in the country in the middle of San Francisco. There is a queen bed and also a sofa bed but it is an additional cost. Three people, 2 beds add $15 per night, two people 2 beds add $7.50 per night. I live on the property so I am usually available by phone or text. At this time there is no personal interaction The home is located in an eclectic neighborhood with residents of all ages. It is 1/2 block to the cable car and 2.5 blocks from the popular Polk Street, which offers an array of ethnic restaurants and shops. It is within walking distance to North Beach and China Town. The vibrant Financial District is also close by. The cable car line, going to Fishermans Wharf and Union Square is 1/2 block away, Buses going all directions are 2 1/2 blocks away.

I live in the top floor of this residential unit. Guests occupy the ground floor. My home is a safe space for folks from all minority and marginalized groups. Over 100 steps from the road below, this 'treehouse' is perched above it all and horizontally oriented on a steep lot between two creeks. The all glass façade creates dramatic views of the redwoods, Mt. Tam and across downtown Mill Valley to Blithedale Ridge. Anchored to granite the house sits on handmade stone walls from rock harvested on the property during construction in the 1960s. Truly a one of a kind stay.

I live within the three bedroom residential unit and will be sharing the residential unit with guests during their stay (with a separate entrance).

Audrey and Nick’s place is a comfortable, spacious studio with a private entrance, and all the comforts of home. It is located in the renovated basement of a 19th century farmhouse and is fully apportioned with a queen size bed, a large bathroom with a deep tub and access to both front and back yards. It has all the basics, and then some. It is a perfect base of operations for days and nights on the town or around the Bay and a great place to stay in and get things done.
