This is a fully furnished open floor plan efficiency located on 40 acres of farmland. There is a generator to assure power in case of a power outage. It is equipped with HD premium Dish,Wi Fi, and a full kitchen with all appliances & housewares. A well provides the water, and is a very good quality. The hot water is on demand. It is located next to a pond and fire pit. It is not suitable for children under twelve years of age and maximum occupancy is two.

Lots of parking space available for trailers, boats, etc. Carport to park under. Not far from Starbucks, Cracker Barrel, and fast food. Super clean, all duvet covers and blankets washed after every guest. Phone/watch charging stations in the bedrooms. Coffee and coffee bread included with every stay. No pets please!

Entire home on quiet dirt road in Lapeer Michigan. The home has three bedrooms (queen, queen and two twin beds), we also provide one twin-sized roll away bed and one air mattress. The home has two full bathrooms and one half bathroom. Many of our guests enjoy the sunroom during warm seasons with a large couch, air hockey table and desk.
