Topcroft is a sleepy village beside the Waveney valley and 25 minutes from the medieval city of Norwich. You'll love this rural location. The Annex is located next to the Norfolk & Suffolk Avaition Museum and The Flixton Buck Inn for great food & locally made drinks. Flixton is a small rural village, 5 minutes to the historic town of Bungay, 20 minutes to the Norfolk Broads, 30 minutes to Southwold. 20 minutes to Norwich, 40 minutes to Bury St Edmunds or Ipswich. Our central location is perfect for holidaying in Norfolk or Suffolk.

Our Premium shepherd’s hut Blackthorn Retreat sits alone in its own dog friendly 1/3 acre fenced meadow, with wonderful far-reaching views, and amazing sunsets and big skies. Perfect for reactive dogs. Up to two large or three medium dogs welcome (even on the bed - we provide throws). A perfect getaway under the stars. Wonderful wood-fired hot tub available (for a fee). King bed, shower & kitchen inside the hut, heated floor, (+a/c in summer), washer + dryer.
