Reservoir Fishermen, This home was made especially for you. 2 covered boat sheds in the backyard, with power for live wells and battery charging . 2 acres on quiet street backs up to a cotton field. This house trailer was completely remodeled in 2024, with fishermen in mind. 2 Bedrooms and 2 full baths. Fold out sofa bed in the den. 3 minutes to Brown's landing ramps 5 minutes to Goshen Springs/Tommy's ramps. Fully furnished kitchen, grill and tournament-ready at the Ross Barnett Reservoir.

It overlooks the Ross Barnett Reservoir and sleeps 4. Located on the ground floor, parking and entry are very convenient. Fishing. Boating. Hiking. Biking. Walking. Running. Relaxing. You can do it all here! The Town Center currently has a General Store, Spa, and The Rabbit Hole. P.S. We love the fantastic night breeze!!

We do not allow parties. The price quote is for four guests. Cost per extra guest is $30 per person per night. Fees for early/late, check-in/out are payable on arrival/departure. We allow one pet 50 lbs or less. Other things to note: The cottages are next door to Shuckers Oyster Restaurant/Bar featuring live music Wednesday through Sunday. Enjoy weekly lunch specials Monday-Friday (11:00 am–7:00 pm); and Country Breakfast Brunch Saturday/Sunday (10:00 am-2:00 pm).

The Fisherman's Pearl is a friendly, clean and welcoming get-a-way. We hope you enjoy the lake/river front location with its very inviting sundeck and enormous views from almost every window. The Fisherman's Pearl is equipped with plenty of room for parking boat trailers. The nearest boat launch is less than a mile away. Simply launch your boat and use our boat house. Outside hook ups (water and electricity) are provided to recharge batteries as well.
