Very nice garage apt behind our home on .75 acre in upscale neighborhood. 8 min from Royse city Tx. 18min from Rockwall tx and 12 min from from Greenville tx. You will be staying in a safe gated private property. The apt is upstairs above a double garage were we the host live on property. We have a fenced area for a dog if you bring one with you. We have sound proof the apt upstairs from our downstairs apt we use ourselves.

We have backyard chickens, so fresh eggs are always available to you. Inside we have a full kitchen with a gas range, cozy living room and TV, a large office space, and a relaxing bedroom. We want to make your stay as comfortable as possible. The owner is on standby if you have any questions.

Rustic Ridge offers a tiny space with big comfort. Located adjacent to our main residence you will enjoy a safe and serene retreat. The bed is full size. Enjoy the sites and sounds of nature as you watch the horses graze and the birds soar. Our space requires a 2 step entry and is in a rural setting. It is a great place for individuals that can navigate our rural setting and varied terrain.

Get away, relax, take secluded walks or a run. A five-minute walk from historic downtown Farmersville with antique shopping, dining, and events. Many of our guests use our space as a long-term remote work option. Come enjoy the serenity while staying completely connected online.
