You will enjoy plenty of space to sleep 10+ in this 3 bedroom and 2 full bath home. The Primary suite offers a King bed and private bath with walk-in shower. The 2nd bedroom has a queen bed while the 3rd bedroom offers a queen bed & twin daybed with a twin trundle underneath. A full size air mattress or pack in play is available upon request. A 2nd full bath is centrally located next to the open and REMODELED kitchen and living area. LOCATED 2 MILES FROM NICKS DOCK AND STATE PARK/RAMP.

About a 15 min drive into Owensboro which is a very cool year-round Rivertown with plenty of restaurants, shops, pubs, and especially the beautiful Riverfront Park! We are also on the Bourbon Trail! Bring your kayaks and enjoy the lake!

Relax by the pool, open seasonally, which is shared by the main house guests and host family, or enjoy an evening stroll out in the country. Conveniently located near Owensboro, Rockport, Hawesville, and Lewisport. The cottage features one flexible bedroom with either two twins or one California king, TV, well-stocked kitchen, dining/work space, comfortable recliners, and access to the beautiful grounds.

What was originally a hay loft has been converted into a country chic barn apartment. We would love to host you and your friends and family (including actual kids and fur kids) on our property. We are only an hour from Mammoth Cave National Park and an hour from Holiday World in Santa Claus Indiana. The local community has charming little shops, several restaurants, and The Beaver Dam amphitheater.
