While you are apart from the hustle and bustle of the city, know you are only minutes from Liberty University, Randolph and Lynchburg College, Centra Health, Amtrack, airport and downtown Lynchburg. Our two bedroom apartment offers a full bath, partial kitchen, dining and living room areas. Our hospitality includes communication, conversation and privacy.

Features: hot tub, outdoor dining area, small kitchenette amenities, and smart-tv w/firestick (must use your hotspot to stream). 10 min to BR Parkway, Peaks of Otter, and Claytor Nature Center. Wineries, orchards, and hiking nearby. Friendly dogs may occasionally visit from my mother’s house next door. (Look for Wind Tides Farm sign). ***If booking in winter months, keep in mind the wind tends to be heavy, depending on weather.***

Our 1800-square ft. 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home, boasts accommodations for up to 8 lucky guests. Walk the property & enjoy our animals, trails & mountains. Enjoy a relaxing campfire, visit a winery, head over to LU or one of our local wedding venues. Make the most of your next VA mountain getaway, at our private guest house! Beautiful, large 2 bedroom apartment with stunning sunset views. Full kitchen with Keurig Coffee, microwave, oven/stove, toaster, and refrigerator. The large family room has seating for 11 while you watch cable TV. Please NO SMOKING on these premises. Swimming pool MAY be available. The pool is our families, but it often works out that my guests can use it. You must communicate your wishes and we will see it's availability. An outdoor grill is available.
