Private driveway, entrance, and key code access. The kitchen features a toaster oven, hotplate, and Keurig along with all of the necessary cookware. 2 BR, 1 BA - 2 queen beds and 1 set of bunk beds. NOTE: Our family (including small children) live above the apt, but we strive to offer a peaceful stay.

NO SMOKING!!$100 CLEANING FEE The cottage is on the left side of the Manor House. ***We gladly accept pets. We request a FEE OF $10/ NIGHT FOR EACH PET. Airbnb does have a place for adding this nominal fee. Just leave it on the TV Desk. Please put your pet in a crate when leaving the cottage. No pets on the furniture.

Features: hot tub, outdoor dining area, small kitchenette amenities, and smart-tv w/firestick (must use your hotspot to stream). 10 min to BR Parkway, Peaks of Otter, and Claytor Nature Center. Wineries, orchards, and hiking nearby. Friendly dogs may occasionally visit from my mother’s house next door. (Look for Wind Tides Farm sign). ***If booking in winter months, keep in mind the wind tends to be heavy, depending on weather.***

The kitchen is well stocked for all your cooking needs. We are Pet Friendly and there is extra parking next to the driveway.
