River House at Trout Town Farms

Fully furnished River House with private access to the famous Beaverkill River Lower Mountain Pool. You can walk through a real working farm as well as taste the seasonal harvest when available. Here you can take a farm tour and visit with our resident animals, including alpacas, Nigerian dwarf goats, rabbits, and chickens. Whether it's fishing, relaxing by the fire, or sitting on the patio listening to the river, this farmhouse offers a peaceful retreat for the whole family to stay.

Welcome to Trails Head Cabin! Located on a quiet dead end road, this cabin sits at the head of the Neversink River unique area and offers activities such as hiking, fishing and hunting. My wife and I have fully renovated the inside of the cabin, and have begun to update the exterior. A five minute drive to Resorts World Casino and Holiday Mountain Ski and Fun Park. A twenty-five minute drive to Bethel Woods Center for the Arts (sight of the 1969 Woodstock Festival). See you soon!

During the winter months, after skiing at nearby slopes, unwind in the claw foot tub or retreat to the cozy ambiance of our living room, with exposed wooden ceilings, a welcoming fireplace, a smart TV, a record player and board games.

If you are looking for an experience that combines comfort and modern amenities, closeness to nature, and ecological soundness, then look no further. Our modern cube-house is situated in a private meadow on our property and includes a kitchen area, queen-size bed, outdoor hot shower rooftop deck for stargazing, and private composting outhouse house. Cell phone phone service is available through Verizon and AT&T. T-Mobile is hit-or-miss.

Cozy Cottage - Woodstock Scavenger Hunt w/ prize

The cottage is a cozy little space with great amenities. Jam out with the SONOS speaker or watch any channel on DirecTV during the down time. Large back porch and beautiful gardens with a little pond surrounding the home. We also have a Woodstock themed scavenger hunt for any guest who would like to participate! Prize included for anyone who solves all the clues!!
