The newly-builted 40m2 home is located in Marina Corricella, a pedestrian area easily reachable, 7mt from the sea. To reach the house, there are 2 sets of staircases for a total of 30 steps. From the small terrace you can overlook the arrival of fishermen' boats. Nearby there are restaurants, bars, icecream shops and local handicraft shops. Chiaia beach is reachable by feet (20min) or by taxi boat service. In the spring/summer passengers transport by hydrofoil from Sorrento to Procida are active

My House is in centre, but in a quiet street, in few minutes you are in shopping centre, on the beach, on the port and on bus stop. The house leaves aghast because is much more beautiful live than in pictures! This is a great satisfaction for me. Crossed the road,you can get a ferry-boat or hydrofoil to visit the isles of Capri and Procida that are not very far from Ischia or,if you want,you can organize a visit to Pompei (the famous archeologic place). 3 bedrooms with air conditioning

Newly refurbisced cozy apartment within a controlled traffic zone ,a minutes's walk from the sea.It has a wonderful view of the Aragonese Castle, the bay of Saint Anna and of Capri. Il mio alloggio dista meno di 1km dal centro di Forio, dal trasporto pubblico che collega Forio con tutti gli altri comuni.Le spiagge più vicine sono Cava dell ‘isola, Citara dove si trova anche il parco termale Poseidon, la Chiaia. A 100metri un chiosco con discesa al mare per colazione pranzo e aperitivi al tramonto strepitosi! Il paese è ben servito, negozi, supermercati, mercato del pesce,Bar,pub e ristoranti! Ideale per un soggiorno di coppia!
