Si trova nel parco Regionale del Matese ed è opera di una recente ristrutturazione che ne ha riportato alla luce l'antica pietra risalente al 18esimo secolo, coperta dal precedente restauro dei primi anni 70. La struttura si trova in un borgo, s'eleva su 3 piani, collegati tra loro da SCALE A CHIOCCIOLA, è dotata di ampio terrazzo e caratteristico ingresso in un porticato 1790, anch'esso restaurato.

La Pigna nei 3 alberi, Agnone, Molise

La "Grande Pigna" tra 3 alberi:camera, bagno, terrazza e cucina all'aperto. Costruita in abete spessore 4,5 cm a 710 slm sorge su una piattaforma in legno a 3 mt di altezza tra una Quercia, Sorbo e Nocciolo e vi si accede sul livello piano sul lato monte . Ha una splendida vista sulla magnifica vallata del Verrino, zona soggetta a protezione, a pochi passi dal centro di Agnone. Pieno relax nella tenuta tra gli ulivi, privacy ma anche nella storia, gastronomia e cultura dell'Alto Molise.

Castello Carafa è situato a Ferrazzano, incantevole borgo medievale in pietra a circa 900 m. slm a soli 5 km da Campobasso. La location è posta all’interno del castello baronale di età aragonese. Elegante e prestigioso il salone, nella torre si trova la biblioteca. Offre due stanze spaziose e luminose con pavimenti in cotto originale e arredate in stile. Dispone di due bagni, di cui uno privato. Completano la struttura un’ampia sala da pranzo con angolo cottura completamente attrezzato.

We've rebuilt The Melograno House with original antique Abruzzo bricks and have created a retro house with a mix of old and new. We're close to the great towns of Vasto, Termoli and Lanciano with their clean and beautiful beaches , only a couple of hours away from Rome and 40 mins from Pescara airport.
