Located in a lovely rural farming village in the Staffordshire Moorlands boasting many public footpaths for walkers. Our self contained studio accommodation, is located in the garden area of the property and features a lovely view of our garden. It is perfect for guests seeking a comfortable and private base to enjoy and explore the beautiful Staffordshire Moorlands, Peak District & Alton Towers. There are 3 local country pubs serving food (walking distance) Fishing pool & recreation ground.

This 17th century beautiful stone cottage is perfect for couples that want to enjoy a slice of the Peak District rural life. Relax in your private wood fired hot tub or dine al fresco on the private patio. Located a short drive away from Alton Towers, Bakewell, Buxton and Matlock and within walking distance of the Peak Wildlife Park, there is much to do within easy reach. A great location to bring your dogs, go hiking, walking, thrill seeking or cycling in the beautiful Peaks and Moorlands

Barn conversion nr Alton Towers/Peak District

My lovely grade II listed stone barn conversion has great views of the Churnet Valley is close to family-friendly activities including Alton Towers and is located on the edge of the Peak District. You’ll love the views. The property is perfect for couples and families (with children) and has electric gates. Soft towels and Egyptian cotton bedding are provided plus a very well equipped kitchen. The barn is set in the grounds of my home and shares my lawn/garden but there is plenty of space.

The lanes are lined with pretty sandstone cottages and an idyllic ford runs through the cobbled street below the cottage and a great country pub is round the corner. This cosy hideaway is an ideal couples escape featuring a stunning bedroom with vaulted beamed ceiling and luxury features throughout. It has a boutique hotel feel in rural heaven.

Pigs N Blankets

Pigs n Blankets is an old 4 berth caravan situated in a corner of our yard. Fixed double bed and 2 small sofas (would sleep small kids) Fridge, Kettle, Toaster & Microwave. Toilet and Sink and 24hr use of a guest shower room. Please bring your own sleeping bags, towels and torch. We do provide pillows and blankets. We are a 4 minute drive to Alton Towers and close to The Peak District. We have lots of outdoor seating areas, feel free to enjoy. We are semi rural so transport is a advisable

There are 2 great local pubs in the village, both offering a fantastic range of food & drink. You'll find some beautiful footpaths to explore through the field gate. Small external patio is available to the rear of the property with spectacular countryside views.

This newly refurbished cottage consists of 2 bedrooms, 1 with double bed and the other with bunks including 1.5 modern bathrooms. Parking for 1 vehicle. Ideal for families and walkers alike. Dogs welcome. There is a small courtyard only but plenty of walks and fields for exercising your 4-legged friend.

Hollins Lane is easily accessible from the house, The beautiful Churnet Valley, with steam trains, wildlife reserves are close by, Within 10 miles are Alton Towers, Splash Landings, Waterworld, Trentham Gardens, Monkey Forest and pottery museums.

We live within a small estate that is surrounded by the beautiful country side that is also a part of a quaint little town of Cheadle and surrounded by other small towns consisting of boutique shops. You will be pleased to hear that we are surrounded by lots of local attractions such as, Alton towers, Churnet valley railway, Trentham gardens and lots more.
