Traverse Lodge Base Camp Room 5

This is a newly renovated property with the adventure traveler in mind. Whether seeking out museums, arts & cultural events, or the many recreational opportunities the Adirondacks offer, we hope this is the perfect base for your travels. Our goal was to create a space and features that we appreciate when traveling. Unique rooms with clean, simple lines, glassware and mugs, coffee-tea-cocoa with real half and half, and towel warmers! The sink is located in the room itself, with shower and toilet in ensuite bathroom, making it easier for multiple users. Rooms 4 and 5 are offer an optional adjoining configuration, and the two cabins in the rear of the property adjoin the fire pit area. Please note that we are a non-smoking property and pets are not allowed.

Room features a King bed, 65" Smart Roku TV, retro inspired mini frig and micro, state of the art sit/stand desk w/high speed WiFi and Ethernet connection, and Keurig coffee maker. Large windows for natural light with top/bottom black out blinds. Individual digital room heat control and remote control lighting.

Our classic motel-styled rooms offer bright, cozy accommodations that have been completely renovated! Featuring Flat Screen TV’s, large butcher block counter tops, and mini-fridge. Free high speed (20 Mbps) internet access available through LAN WiFi throughout the property. Two extra long full Simmons Beauty Rest mattresses can sleep up to 4 people total. Walking from Mirror Lake, Cobble Hill Trailhead and Main Street, Lake Placid.
