Waterfront Artist Retreat

Our camp is located the heart of the Adirondacks in upstate NY . It is a beautiful four season cabin on Lake Abanakee . The camp is adorned with Adirondack art and furnishings made by my artisan friends and I. Lake Abanakee is a favorite for canoes, kayaks, photographers, fishermen and families. Enjoy glamping in our new screened in lean to or swimming and boating from our private beach. Although our camp looks like a rustic retreat, we have high speed internet and all the modern conveniences.

The Speculator Guest House is fully renovated to offer an elevated and thoughtful stay. Guests love the outdoor sauna, Sunday to Wednesday private chef brunch or dinner, espresso maker, fully stocked kitchen, and everything you need for a campfire under the string lights. Walk to the grocery store, restaurants, shops, or the sandy beach on Lake Pleasant (.6 miles). Each guest receives individualized local recommendations. Enjoy hiking over 4 acres of private forest, and wind down with the sounds of ‘Mad Tom’ at a brook-side common area providing a Blackstone griddle in a screened in pavilion. Free campfire wood included with your stay so you can enjoy s’mores if you just can’t be pulled away from the peaceful serenity, then retire in comfort in a comfortable apartment.

Charming, spacious and newly renovated one bedroom cottage in Inlet, NY. Location, location , location! Located right across from the beautiful Inlet Golf Course and an ideal location for snowmobilers as the cottage sits just across from a groomed trail. In the spring, summer and fall enjoy close proximity to lakes, town, major hiking trails, restaurants and other attractions that the area has to offer. Old Forge is just a 20 min drive and Inlet village is just a leisurely walk away!

Relaxing Riverfront Cabin in the Adirondacks

Take it easy at this unique waterfront cabin getaway. This all new log cabin on a spacious two acres and only feet away from the Adirondack's scenic Otter Creek. The creek ranges from 40 to 60 feet wide, has gentle rapids, relaxing sounds, rocky areas with a great soaking pool directly in front of the cabin and firepit. With nearby state parks and forests there is plenty of hiking, fishing, watersports, horseback riding, biking and skiing for any outdoor enthusiast.

Enjoy a wooded Adirondack setting with all the amenities you need including a fully-stocked kitchen, rec room with pool table and sauna room. You'll have access to a scenic private beach. Gore Mountain is about 15 minutes away. Hiking trailheads are minutes away. The rustic Garnet Hill Lodge & Restaurant is up the road to enjoy lunch, dinner or their cocktail lounge. You can take a 12 minute ride to historic North Creek for restaurants, shopping and antiquing.

Deer Trax

Relax with the family at this peaceful retreat located at 116 Railroad Ave Old Forge . It is newly built, and is nestled a little into the woods. I’m sure you will see wild life during your stay. Deer Trax is walking distance to town. It is only minutes away from Enchanted Forest and all what Old Forge has to offer. This would be the perfect place to stay for snowmobiling. It is right on the trail, and with space to park your trailer.

Lakefront and Private with Stunning Views

Tucked away on a serene lakefront, Camp Stardust offers exceptional privacy, natural beauty, and comfort. The cabin is all windows - providing panoramic lake and wildlife views—ducks, eagles, otter, deer, and heron are frequent visitors. PLEASE NOTE: Our housekeeper is available Monday and Friday only from June through October. So please request dates that arrive and depart on a Monday or Friday to be accepted. Thank you!
