In our Southfarthing Suite, you'll find the perfect combination of centrally located peace and quiet on a wooded private drive. Come home to a spacious walk-in apartment with all the things you need and some nice extras. The suite occupies the ground floor only with a separate entrance, as shown in the photos; the hosts occupy the rest of the home. We are close to Peachtree Creek trail, the VA hospital. Emory & CDC are 6 minutes away. Aquarium, World of Coke & Decatur are easy via car or MARTA.

Outdoor space includes a screened covered porch with comfortable seating. Just blocks from a major street with restaurants, a grocery store, liquor store, shops & public transit all in walking distance.

This private entrance suite is part of the house we have lived for 25 years. This is an inner city, multi cultural, urban neighborhood with all types of people with different socioeconomic backgrounds. We have always enjoyed hosting friends most of the time in this area of the house. We decided to separate this section completely from the house by creating its own entrance, kitchenette and small capacity stackable washer and dryer.

Goat Farm Guest Suite

Our goat retreat suite is on a 2 acre wooded lot in a quiet and secluded area. The suite has a private entrance off a common hallway in our detached outbuilding. A queen bed, full kitchen, bath, Wifi, cable TV. Outside is a patio & several games, plus goats (& deer & hawks, etc). Currently we have 4 goats, Mocha, Immy, Miss Betty, and Daisy! (Note: we are ADA exempt. Sorry, but no service animals.)

Relax in our stylish private guest suite located minutes from the Westside Beltline. The cove is a 1BR/1BA suite on the lower level of our home. Through the drive way to find your private entrance. Enjoy your own living area with smart TV, kitchen, large walk-in closet and oversized shower. We also have a nest thermostat for your comfort.
