State Park 15 minutes. It is along a quiet street in residential area Nestled in the pines in our back yard. Room for parking a boat. We are 3/4 mile off Hwy 431 that goes through Albertville and Guntersville. Outdoor tables & benches for you to enjoy during your stay. Private yet close to everything No pets No smoking

Our “Downtown Duplex-Unit 2” is the 2 BR/1 Ba unit in our 1930’s Craftsman style duplex. Our recently renovated duplex offers mid century modern decor, beautiful hardwood floors, a well equipped kitchen, and washer & dryer. It is located within walking distance to shopping, dining, and entertainment in downtown Oneonta. Our super cute and comfy property is the ideal place to stay in Oneonta. (If you are needing additional space the Downtown Duplex-Unit 1 is also available for rent on Airbnb!)

Tiny Haven is a cozy tiny home nestled on our beautiful rustic farm overlooking Big Canoe Creek. Listen to the ripples of the creek while you enjoy your morning coffee on the beautiful deck. Enjoy exploring the property, play with some adorable and cuddly goats, and relax in nature with a hike through the woods or nearby at Big Canoe Creek Nature Preserve (only 2 miles away). This 422 acre preserve features miles of hiking, horseback riding trails, mountain bike trails, kayaking and more.

Lovely Studio Loft with Pool

Our spacious brick house is located on the Guntersville side of Arab, AL. We are on 7 beautifully wooded acres of almost private surroundings. Relax in your adorable loft studio apartment. This is the second and newest unit on this property. It's located over our garage and has access through the garage so guests do not have to enter the main house to get to this unit. It contains all the amenities listed here and has access to the pool and basketball court just like the other units.

The Cotton Pickin' Little Farmhouse

This little white farmhouse is full of country charm. Built in the 1920s and added onto numerous times, it was renovated for the final time in 2017. The house sits on the edge of our family farm beside a field. A barn/pond sit nearby. The house is 2br/2ba with a living room, kitchen with essentials, dining room and laundry. An air mattress is available upon request. There's a porch & back deck with swing, charcoal grill & small fire pit (must bring charcoal, lighter fluid, wood, etc).

Clovers Cabin

Clover's cabin is a very cozy little place on Straight Mountain on a very curvy road. Update: We now have WIFI. Beautiful view in the winter, you can see for miles. Lots of tree coverage in the summer, which brings privacy. It sits about 200 feet from our home. A nice quiet place other than the animal noises. You can hike right out the back door. Please read entire guest manual under INFO FOR GUESTS, POST-BOOKING DETAILS. Give Code word to confirm it was read. Thank you

The Ponderosa -A cozy, country farmhouse.

Get away from it all while experiencing the wonder and beauty of North Alabama at this comfy, cozy, remote farm house. Sip coffee on a large screened in porch that faces cattle grazing in the rolling hills. Plenty of room to roam, just a short drive from kayaking, hiking, & waterfalls. This 3 bedroom 2 bathroom house with full kitchen, washer & dryer is only 20 minutes from the beautiful Lake Guntersville. Plenty of room for parking trucks, trailers, boats, ATVS & more.

Hobbit House at Nomad’s Land *Enchanted Getaway*

Nestled in the community gardens of Nomad’s Land is an earthen hobbit house, with a living roof and a bottle wall that lets in glorious colored sunlight. Our hobbit house is constructed from raw wood beams taken from local woods and non-traditional building styles. Snuggle into the queen size canopy bed and enjoy a retreat into the Shire. Brew a fresh cup of coffee and enjoy the morning bird song, chicken a in the nearby garden and sounds of nature.

Unique 1 bedroom cabin on pond

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. We offer a lot for the space in this 1 bed 1 bath private getaway. Enjoy sitting on the dock or relax in the screened in sitting room while listening to the water fountain. You will be on the premises where we run a Husky kennel and at times will hear the howling of the pack. Bring food to cook on the Blackstone grill at the outdoor kitchen. Storm shelter access for guest at the cabin.

The Goat Farm Yee-Haul at South of Sanity Farms

The start of this project was a box off a u haul truck. Now it is a cozy tiny home where animals come right up to the deck and you can enjoy sunsets over the pond. We love to have this place where families can come out and get away from the rat race of life and enjoy being out in nature. Guests are welcome to join us for whatever activities we are doing during your stay whether it’s working in the garden or caring for the animals.
