Full kitchen opens onto large living/dining room with wood-burning fireplace. The best location on the property is definitely the 1100 sqft deck. It is perfect for relaxing in the shade or sun, grilling dinner out, and dining under the stars all while enjoying the lake view. House is located on Possum Kingdom's peninsula. Boat ramps, restaurants and grocery store are all 5-10 minutes away. Located in the heart of Possum Kingdom's award-winning hike and bike trail system (see map under photos) with scenic lookouts over Possum Kingdom lake and the Palo Pinto Mountains. Set on our wooded 10 acre property, guests are encouraged to enjoy the slow pace and simple pleasures of living in the country. Head down our dirt drive and let your worries slip away. Breathe in the fresh air, enjoy coffee on the porch, and settle in to relax for a while. We love Dilly Dally for its private hot tub, stone shower, fireplace and quirky touches like custom light switches.

Located in a gated community, 3 cottage’s sit on 5 acres with pond, pecan trees, wildflowers, seasonal garden and abundant wildlife. The river offers fishing and water activities. There are 2 large fire pits with seating, 2 outdoor dining areas and lounge seating with fireplaces on the decks front & back. Main cottage has king bed, bathroom, living & kitchen. The 2 smaller cottages have queen beds, loft beds & bathrooms.

We welcome you here to enjoy rest during your travels or maybe need a quiet place that’s near the Hospital. We are 2 miles from historic downtown & close to parks & lakes. Also, I will prepare breakfast for you and deliver to your door! (Times for breakfast delivery are from 8:30 to 10am, just let me know:)
