Incredible Views from a Poolside Oasis

Offering a panoramic view of Stobreč Bay, and river mouth of Žrnovnica, Garden View Villa, just 500 m from nearby beach, offers ravishing view, but also offers comfortable and quiet garden space for private moments. This 120 sq meter semi detached villa (1300 sq foot) has three covered balconies to fully enjoy outdoor living, a wooden deck of 40 sq meter for sunbathing in Mediterranean sun, living/dining area with 50" Cable LCD TV, a fully equipped modern style kitchen, and ceiling fans in living room and all three bedrooms. It includes a washing/drying machine in one of the bathrooms. All furnishings are elegant and modern and there are 3 bathrooms, one of which has a bath tub (whirlpool bath). Three covered balconies to fully enjoy outdoor living, a wooden deck of 40 sq meter for sunbathing in Mediterranean sun, and private garden full of Mediterranean plants. Villa Nives

Villa Nives is a recently renovated villa in the pretty village of Gata in the foothills of the Croatian mountain of Mosor. It is a short drive to both the seaside town of Omis and to Split, the historical capital of Dalmatia. Split airport is 45 minutes away. The villa comprises a spacious 98 square metre house, plus a large covered terrace and a swimming pool, all set in its own surrounding land. The pool is in an olive grove, with sensational views of the mountain above and the valley below.
