Kingtown Manor Haus is located in the country close to Cornell, IC and the Finger Lakes Wine Country. Numerous State parks are within a short drive and offer beautiful views and excellent hiking. Beautiful, private location at the top of Ithaca Falls. A bedroom with a queen bed for 2, a sofa that can sleep 1, a private bathroom, and living room. There is no kitchen or dining room, but there is a a small dining table, two chairs, a microwave, a coffeemaker with coffee, filters, disposable tableware, a toaster, and a mini-fridge (in the closet). It is a 5-minute drive to downtown Ithaca and Cornell University. Ithaca can easily be reached by car, bike, bus, or foot.

Every detail is custom built by our Cider House crew. This little hobbit house sits on our 70 acre property: organic regenerative pasture, forest, strawberry patches, and apple orchards— shared with our grass-fed flocks and herds of turkey, chicken, pigs, sheep, and white angus.
