Lacey Cottage

Located in a quiet neighborhood in Round Rock, this entire guest house is comfortable & centrally-located. Use it as a launchpad for exploring Central TX from downtown, Dell Diamond, the Round Rock Sports Multiplex and Kalahari Resort - just 25 minutes from Downtown Austin. The guest house shares the property with our home so we’ll be close by should you need anything. Please note: The kitchen does not have an oven. Salt and Pepper are provided but no cooking oil, coffee or other food items

Front porch with swing and large back porch with patio furniture. Front looks out to large open fields with regular deer, rabbit and turkey sighting. Back looks out to wooded grounds. Built in 2018 this house will treat you with quiet surroundings and modern amenities. 1 bed/1 bath, queen bed + fold-out queen sleeper sofa. Must be 25 to book, no guests under 15. No pets, no smoking, no vaping. Easy check-in/out via keypad.
