The main entrance takes you into the main section of the house, consisting of an open plan living room, dining room and large fully-fitted white marble-topped kitchen. A large guest toilet and washbasin are also on the ground floor. The living and dining rooms open out, through wide glass doors, to a substantial furnished patio & entertainment area, overlooking the sea and gardens below. The outdoor area includes a built-in BBQ (charcoal) and outdoor kitchen including a marble bar, refrigerator, and sink. In front of the living and dining room is a large infinity pool with sun loungers, deck chairs, and umbrellas – all overlooking the sea. A private jacuzzi with amazing sea views completes the outdoor space. The main level also features one of the two master bedrooms including a luxurious bathroom that contains a stunning free-standing Apaiser marble tub and oversized custom tile shower. A large wall-mounted TV, WiFi and a fully equipped laundry room with washer and dryer complete the ground level. All windows have sea and island views. LEVEL TWO: After ascending the marble staircase, you will find a second living room that contains a white marble bar, second wine fridge, mini-fridge, and sink. The living room also has another wall-mounted TV and a Cocomat sleeper sofa that can comfortably sleep, two people. Aτos Comfort Villa

Villa Aτos is a sea front villa with 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and is located in the most picturesque village of Kefalonia named Assos. Assos is one of the must-sees due to its harmonic mixture of picturesque elements. It's located on the hill of the small Erissos peninsula. This small village is a hidden, artistically beautiful place that will provide you with a very relaxing experience and is worth visiting! The villa has 3 levels. On the first level there are two master bedrooms and a large bathroom. On the second level you can find the living room, one bathroom, a dining room, kitchen and a terrace with additional living and dining area with amazing sea views. 17th Century Stone Cottage

A scenic fully restored 17th century traditional stone cottage in a peacfull location in the forest at the Northest part of Cephalonia (Antipata). From the beautiful terrace you can enjoy the view ofthe cypress forest, the sea, and also the stunning sunset. The cottage is located next to foot trails leading to different traditional villages and beaches and the closest one is Dafnoudi. In the center of the village which is 3 minutes on foot, you will find mini markets as well as some taverns.
