Plus, you and the herd are just 2 easy minutes from the resort style pool, BBQ, and splash pad:)

Minutes to downtown New Braunfels and Schlitterbahn, this condo offers fantastic updates and a beautiful view of the wildlife and picnic areas. Granite counters, deep sink and newly renovated bathrooms! Smart thermostat and door lock! Float the Guadalupe River and exit at the Waterwheel location! The complex has elevators, 2 pools, 4 hot tubs, picnic areas with tables and grills.

Why stay in a hotel when you can have all the comforts of home plus a river view. ACCESS THE COMAL RIVER DIRECTLY FROM THE PROPERTY 550 square feet. Balcony has a river view. You will be on the 3rd floor with elevator access. You will have access to the pool, hot tub, picnic tables and bbq pits. There is an on site washer and dryer available for a fee. Common space has a couch bed and bunk beds, the bedroom has a king size bed.

While some folks stay here to get away from it all, it’s only a five minute drive along the Blanco River into town for shops, restaurants, and activities. When you return for the evening, kick back and savor the sunset and stargazing.

Our home is ready to give you a “retreat” experience outside of the city with a hill country flavor, and close enough to enjoy the restaurants and shopping centers in the city. If you are a golfer we are near to Canyon Springs Golf Club, Sonterra and PTC Golf Club.

The Chaparral - A Hill Country Haven

Enjoy an early morning breeze or a fabulous evening sunset on a large deck overlooking our 20 acre nest. Birds and deer are abundant. And if you’re lucky, you might catch a glimpse of Chappy, our resident chaparral. The Chaparral makes a great home-base for those looking to explore New Braunfels, Canyon Lake, Wimberley, and the Guadalupe River. We are located just minutes from both Gruene and Whitewater Amphitheater.

The Lily-Rose Pool House

This charming pool house is located 3.2 miles from I-35 on the east side of New Braunfels. Come take a dip in the pool, BBQ on the patio, and enjoy the sunset at our quiet country escape. Just a short drive away from Schlitterbahn and the Comal River, you will have a quiet space to relax after a long day in the sun!
