Our high-end duplexapartment is very accessibly located in between the 'Kouter' (rectangle square where the Flemish Opera is) and the medieval center (St-Bavo-Cathedral, Graslei, Korenmarkt, Gravensteen to name a few highlights). Brand new, comfortable and classy, with a library-staircase which is not only an eyecatcher. 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms. Sunny terrace! You'll stay in a quiet neighbourhood while enjoying excellent connections to Bruges, Antwerp, Bxl,... From your stay, you can easily walk to Ghent's historic city centre or take the tram. The 2nd tram stop is already at the edge of the old town, near the Bijloke site, home to a former monastery, the Museum and Stamcafé for breakfast and coffee.

Het appartement omvat 2 mooie slaapkamers, 1 met dubbel bed en 1 met twee enkele bedden. Er is een volwaardig plooibed en een zetelbed op de overloop. Het appartement heeft een afzonderlijk toilet, een praktische badkamer met inloopdouche en dubbele wastafel. Er is een handige berging met was-en strijkfaciliteiten.

In 2019 we started the renovation, with as only purpose, to keep the soul and respect the history and grandeur of the original house. Its exceptional history, unique architecture and central position made it worth doing so. Tears, joy and a lot of work resulted in the place where you are right now. We hope you enjoy and respect this place as much as we do.

In het erg rustig gelegen herenhuis, in een doodlopende straat, kan u genieten van alle comfort. De studio werd net helemaal gerestaureerd en is erg gezellig ingericht en voorzien van alle faciliteiten om uw verblijf aangenaam te maken. Dicht bij de tram en ook parking op enkele meters. Verschillende winkels en restaurants in de buurt.
