Moderate size home, with three bedrooms (one king, one queen, one full) located in Gunstock Acres. The house is in walking distance near a number of small hiking trails and a short-driving distance to a number of more advanced trails, like Mount Major. The house is located 2.5 miles from Gunstock Mountain Resort with a number of family activities, 8 miles from Weirs Beach in Laconia and 13 miles from Meredith; all with a number of restaurants and fun family activities, including the ice castles.

Upstairs has a master bedroom with a queen and a bathroom with tub and shower. There are two other bedrooms, one with a twin, the other with a full. Sharing bathroom. The basement room has a queen bed and a king sofa pullout in the entertainment room. Another full bath is here. The first floor study has a full sofa bed. You’ll love my place because of the comfy bed, the kitchen, the high ceilings, its cleanliness, and coziness. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids).
