Our house is located down a peaceful little lane in a semi-rural setting, with a beautiful outlook to the surrounding countryside & hills. Just a 5 minute stroll down to the end of the road is the quiet Wainui beach access way. Gisborne city is a convenient 8 minute drive away. We have a fully fenced large back lawn with a trampoline & playhouse for the kids. Kids toys, games available on request. Our place is ideal for families, with a private self contained studio & three bedroom house.

Peaceful, comfortable, and close to all that Gisborne has to offer. Walk to the main street, to food and takeaways and bottle store, and the best pies at Bakery 22. Enjoy a longer walk connecting with the walkway to Waikanae Beach, or take a quick drive to Gisborne's beautiful beaches. Or simply relax in the large garden with mature fruit trees.

Our humble,homely, little house is original with retro furnishings. It’s not perfect BUT you will feel comfortable. You may see the odd insect. (Please do not book if this is a concern) There are others on site with minimal disturbance. They are quiet and mature. You may see our lovely lady pass quickly through the covered deck. We have 2 queen beds, fold down sofa couch (PLEASE ASK FOR EXTRA LINEN IF NEEDED)
