Should this place not be available, the upper unit of this two story house is also on airbnb.

The parking permit is available upon request. If two guests need second bed it must be requested for a onetime $40 fee. No cleaning fee. No parties. Live like a Georgetown residents/our guests. This is the entire third floor (NOT entire place) of GT townhouse with bedroom, living room and bathroom. You come to common entrance shared with owners and take stairs to third floor and it is entirely yours. Rooms have locks with keys. The house is located in a quiet part of GT East Village. No bikes!!

The suite private entrance opens onto the back garden at our rowhouse in Burleith, a lovely and tranquil neighborhood. The apartment has direct access to a private patio, where you can relax with a cup of coffee in the morning sun. The general atmosphere is cozy yet it has a contemporary feel thanks to its bamboo floors in the bedroom and modern tiles in the bathroom and kitchen. No smoking is allowed in the unit.
