Relax in an A-frame Cottage over looking a stocked trout pond surrounded by trees. 20 acres of trails. Fish swim, kayak or canoe in the pond or creek. Watch the ducks, frogs, herons, birds, turtles & a variety of wildlife. Enjoy the stars & roast marshmallows at the camp fire. Fully stocked kitchen, BBQ, wood stove, fire pit and 3 piece bathroom. The Brew House

Our place is a 2 minute drive from the "Prettiest Town in Canada", Goderich, Ontario. It is a 1400sq ft, fully furnished, space for people to enjoy. The kitchen, dining area, 2 piece bath, small living room/ fireplace, and full laundry (free) are located on the main level. The second level offers a large living room with seasonal river views and street views. There is an extra table and chairs, ideal for playing games. The two bedrooms and a full bathroom are also located on the 2nd level.

Private entrance, 1,000 sq ft loft apartment over looking the Maitland River. Golfing, hiking trails/biking, fishing, boating, kayaking, canoeing, shopping, theatre, museum, Saturday farmers market, beaches, great restaurants, local breweries and wineries. Many local festivals and events throughout the summer months. Beautiful beach areas, only 5 minutes away. 5 golf courses within five to twenty minutes. Local YMCA (pool). Water is provided with water dispenser/maintained outhouse Sauna & jacuzzi tub available yr round. Note: Wood hot tub replaced in 2025 with jacuzzi spa Cabin heated by wood stove in the winter months and supplemented with a mini split heater. Firewood/kindling provided Cabin situated on heavily treed 1 acre property with a creek directly in front of a quiet municipal road
