Another plus to our property is that we are just minutes away from the Shawnee National Forest, Ohio River, Harrah's Casino, and Paducah KY home of the AQS Quilt Show. New construction Cabin. Relax at this 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom cabin in the woods. Surround by the Shawnee National forest, you have miles and miles of trails to hike and explore. If you would rather stay home and relax, there is a fully equipped kitchen, TVs in family room and both bedrooms, shuffle board, covered porch with furniture, a fit pit, and a park style grill. Just a 15 minute drive to Golconda - you are close enough to civilization but far enough away to enjoy peace and quiet

The Potel Tiny Home 14x40

Tiny home nestled on the edge of the Shawnee National Forest. A cozy one bedroom with full closet and stacked washer and dryer the bed is a full size. Kitchen with stove, fridge and microwave. It does not have a dishwasher. Living room has a smart TV sign in to your Netflix, Sling, YouTube TV etc. Wi-fi provided. No cable. Full bathroom with shower unit. Some of our guest has said sitting on the porch watching the beautiful sunsets each night was an added bonus for staying with us.

Once a laundromat, the history is in the details, built in 1928 it now has been turned into a beautiful lodge. Stay, relax by the river or explore nearby attractions and sightseeing- From Garden of the Gods, hiking the Shawnee National Forest to Cave-in-Rock, located on the Ohio Scenic Byway. The Riverside Lodge is a hop, skip and jump to all things Southern Illinois.

We also packed as many amenities as we could into this property including an oversized 6-Person hot tub, 500 MBPS fiber internet, outdoor tv, fire pit table, Weber grill, hammock swings, custom bathroom with rainfall shower, full kitchen, coffee bar, king & queen sized beds, bean bag toss, board games and much more!
