Our house is a mid-century modern property designed and built in 1970 by a Phoenix Wrightsian architect and fully remodeled in 2015. Its central location is a perfect setting if you're exploring Phoenix for pleasure, visiting for an event or spending time in town on business. Full, shared access to all pictured spaces for this "Entire Home" listing. We occupy one end of the house and have two active listings for guests at the opposite end of house. The home is in a quiet and well-established residential neighborhood on the border of Phoenix and Scottsdale and is within driving distance to nightlife spots, restaurants, hiking, and sporting event locations. Outdoor gas BBQ and indoor fully stocked kitchen. The community pool is just at the end of the street. Pool is not heated.

Dinosaur Mountain, Sidewinder and Gold Canyon Golf Resort are 5 minutes away. You could also hunt for the Gold of the Lost Dutchman or chase ghosts at Goldfield Ghost Town. The Dolly Steam Boat is one of my favorite outing at Canyon Lake and then head down to Tortilla Flats for a burger.

This house was renovated and completely furnished in February 2020 and includes a brand new Pebble Tec heated pool. The backyard backs up to a desert wash for fabulous privacy with stunning views of both Dinosour Mountain and the imposing Superstition Mountains. Relax on the upper deck and observe all the wildlife and the many birds in the area.
