The houses are fully equipped, air-conditioned, have underfloor heating and alarm system - ideal for families with children or groups of friends.

Newly furnished villa in Pinezići for 6 - 8 persons. The villa ANDRO has three double bedrooms (two of which have a private bathroom) and a total of three bathrooms. Nicely decorated living room, fully equipped kitchen as well as a laundry room are at your disposal too. Upper rooms have access to a balcony offering a beautiful sea view. The house is located close to the sea and many beautiful beaches and bays. Airconditioning (also in all bedrooms), floor heating, parking spot, private pool.

The apartment accommodates up to 5 persons (but best for 3 persons). - Parking for your car is included in the room price. - We provide bedsheets and towels (included in the room price). - Air condition is included in the price. - Outdoor hot tub (Whirlpool) - Exclusively for this apartment only. No other guests can use it (who stay in our second apartment). Charged separately 10 euro per day. Please let us know in advance if you want whirlpool to be included in your package.

Vila se nahaja na osami in je od vasi oddaljena cca 200 metrov Sestavljena je iz avtohtone kamnite hiše iz začetka 19. stoletja, ter novega dela, v katerem dominirajo velike steklene površine, ki notranjost hiše spajajo z zunanjostjo. V starem delu hiše je spalnica, v novem pa dnevno bivalni del s kuhinjo in veliko kopalnico. Okolica hiše meri 1000 m2. Na njej je osem stoletnih dreves, ki lahko nudijo zašcito pred soncem. Na razpolaganje sta vam dva vrtova s sezonsko zelenjavo.
