If something is missing, I'll bring it to you :) The most important thing is that you have your own peace and a private yard and free&safe parking. It is located only 100 m from the sea and the beach and only 500 m from the Punat centre. The apartment has free wifi and parking place.

Vila se nahaja na osami in je od vasi oddaljena cca 200 metrov Sestavljena je iz avtohtone kamnite hiše iz začetka 19. stoletja, ter novega dela, v katerem dominirajo velike steklene površine, ki notranjost hiše spajajo z zunanjostjo. V starem delu hiše je spalnica, v novem pa dnevno bivalni del s kuhinjo in veliko kopalnico. Okolica hiše meri 1000 m2. Na njej je osem stoletnih dreves, ki lahko nudijo zašcito pred soncem. Na razpolaganje sta vam dva vrtova s sezonsko zelenjavo.
