Update: We added air conditioning for season 2019 and renovated the kitchen for season 2024! Apt. is perfect for couples or family with older children. It is located in the quiet neighborhood, with only 15' walk to the beach and 10' walk to the old city. The place is really comfortable, spacious and thoughtfully decorated with musical details. Balcony with sea view is perfect for evening drink and morning coffee. In front of the house, there is a private parking under the shade of a kiwi tree!

Vila se nahaja na osami in je od vasi oddaljena cca 200 metrov Sestavljena je iz avtohtone kamnite hiše iz začetka 19. stoletja, ter novega dela, v katerem dominirajo velike steklene površine, ki notranjost hiše spajajo z zunanjostjo. V starem delu hiše je spalnica, v novem pa dnevno bivalni del s kuhinjo in veliko kopalnico. Okolica hiše meri 1000 m2. Na njej je osem stoletnih dreves, ki lahko nudijo zašcito pred soncem. Na razpolaganje sta vam dva vrtova s sezonsko zelenjavo.

NO tolerance for breaking the rules and NO parties allowed, normal fun and activity we love! Local bylaws do not tolerate noise during quiet hours and fines are quite large. ONLY registered guests may be on the premisis, it is against regulations to have unregistered guests present.

Apartman Mila potpuno je novi apartman, nalazi se u ekskluzivnoj rezidencijalnoj četvrti grada Krka. Apartman je suvremen, svijetao i prostran, sa čistim linijama, novim modernim namještajem i otvorenim pogledom na more i staru gradsku jezgru. Sastoji se od dnevnog boravka sa kuhinjom i blagovaonicom i dvije dvokrevetne sobe, te kupaonicom. Sve prostorije imaju mogućnost grijanja i hlađenja koje je uključeno u cijenu.
