This is a small private waterfront cottage located in a park like setting with a wonderful view of the Maumee River. It is ideal for a couple's get-away. This is a one room 16'X20' studio apartment which includes a separate bathroom and two sleeper sofas that pull out into double sized beds with double mattresses for comfort. The entire cottage was remodeled in 2020 and has a new kitchen and a new bath. In addition to the free use of kayaks, there is a 10 mile walking trail withn 50 feet .

"Hunter's Ridge" is one of 12 cabins my husband and I purchased in 1997. It is a small 3-room log cabin with a private, queen bedroom. The living area has a futon sofa bed and a small loft with a mattress. There are complimentary kayaks & canoes to navigate the islands and free bicycles for the wooded hiking trail. There is a kitchenette with the essentials. There is a brass hand-pump toilet and wooden tub with only a shower head to rinse off. There is a 2-person hot tub overlooking the river.

A great spot for fishing, kayaking, swimming, etc. It's a Walleye fisherman's dream and great location for all the Birders!

Please note this is an attached, above-garage loft. It is separate from the main living quarters and has aprivate entrance.

This little gem sits on 2 acres of beautiful land with mature trees. Our little cottage is only 500 sq. ft. So it’s ideal for 2 people but will accommadate up to 4 (2 kids or 1 adult on futon). We are just 1/4 of a mile away from W.W. Night Nature Preserve for morning or evening walks! We are conveniently located just 3 minutes away from the 75/I80 interchange with several stores and restaurants just 1 exit away! We love our military so ask about our discount after booking!

Rusty's Loft

Rusty's Loft is a second story chalet style one room apartment. With 360 degree views of farm fields, woods and a pond. There is a large wrap around deck with comfortable furniture. The 900 sf space includes a full bath and full kitchen with all appliances and accessories. The full bath is fully furnished with lots of towels and bathroom necessities. There’s a campsite behind the loft with a double swing and rocking chairs as well as a fire pit and included firewood.

Boho Chic Apartment in Maumee

Boho Chic, one bedroom apartment in Maumee. Queen size bed and pull out full sofa bed with foam mattress. Space could accommodate 4, but could be tight for some guests. Apartment is on the second floor with exterior stairway. There is a friendly yellow lab, as well as a beagle and a small terrier mix on site. All are trained on a fence, and have been enjoyed by past guests. There is a fence separating the walk way from the dog's access.Our space is for non smokers.

Private apartment type space located on the upper floor of a detached garage. Patio space is available outside the entrance to the apartment. Located within 10 minutes of historic Grand Rapids, Waterville and Whitehouse Ohio and 30-40 minutes from Toledo. There are several Metroparks located within a 10 minute drive, and the Maumee River and the Maumee State Forest are also nearby.
