Granite Mountain Views-Prescott

Granite Mountain views is a spacious studio that is a walk out below our home, fully furnished. Only access is from the outside. We do live above the studio. There is a kitchenette, large bathroom, Queen bed, full sofa sleeper, and no carpeting. There is parking on site and a private deck to enjoy. It is 5.4 miles to historic downtown Prescott, 4.5 miles to the “Worlds Oldest Rodeo”, 1.4 miles to Embry Riddle Aeronautical University, and 11 miles to PV Event Center. Come enjoy Prescott!

Our home is centrally located on nearly an acre. You will be a 5 to 15 minute drive from all the fun activities you may want to enjoy, including downtown fun, hiking, kayaking, mountain biking, etc. and very close to the local airport and ERAU. You'll have your own entrance to your living space where you can sip your favorite beverage on the quaint patio or read by the open window in your bedroom seating area and listen to the wide variety of birds that frequent our quiet neighborhood.

The Majestic Mountain Retreat

Unplug and recharge at The Majestic Mountain Retreat, as seen on Cash Pad! Also known as the Walker Getaway, it is a wonderful place to relax and enjoy epic views from the patio. With no neighbors in sight in a quiet serene setting situated at 6500 elev. To get to our amazing view & home a high profile vehicle is recommended, it is a 1/4 of a mile on a steep dirt road. Great hiking & biking close by. We are off the beaten path but only 15 min to shopping and dining out. (21399677)

This place is perfect for guests who want to escape from the busyness of city life or the desert heat. Our guests often enjoy hiking and exploring all the natural beauty in our area.

The home is a modern skandi with all the luxury and comfort one would desire including a luxurious 2 person hot tub. We also have a library of vintage books and games for you to enjoy! Very close to Downtown restaurants/bars/shops! Also close to hiking trails & Lakes Well behaved Dogs are welcome. (Please indicate when making reservations) PLEASE NOTE: WE DO NOT PROVIDE POTS/PANS/COOKWARE There are utensils/glasses plates etc… but no pots and pans.

Riverstone Cottage, Bright and Airy Forest Retreat

This quiet and secluded stone cottage is set in 3 acres bordering the Prescott National Forest. It is the perfect place to explore both Prescott and the local hiking/Bike and OHV trails. Goldwater Lake is just 2 miles away and is a gorgeous spot for hiking, fishing, kayaking and picnicking. Experience the front row view of the Granite Dells. There is great peace and tranquility that comes with these spectacular views. Direct access to the famous Peavine trail is available, with a short walk from the house to the trail head. The most popular trails, Flume and Watson Lake are also accessible from the Peavine trail. You can also spend your time at Watson Lake, admiring the rock formations while you standing paddle or kayak.
