Each cottage has a built-in King bed with memory foam mattress, a kitchenette with a coffee maker, tea kettle, dishes, glasses, and cutlery, and even a small refrigerator. Pamper yourself at the beautiful vanity with all the items needed to make you look and feel your best. A new cabin nestled in a wooded meadow 600 yards from beautiful Lake Guntersville. 2 minutes to a public boat ramp and 4 minutes to Sunrise Marina with a large ramp, parking, fuel, services, etc. A spacious living/dining/kitchen area, a full bath, 2 queen and one twin roll out bed plus a large sofa. Full size appliances, air conditioning, large front deck, gas BBQ grill, and a large 40' driveway.

I designed this home to have 2 separate living spaces with private entrances on opposite sides of the house. The front is the vacation rental entrance accessing the entire first/lower level. My entrance is on the back side of the property. My family owns part of Lake Shore Island located on Guntersville Lake. There are 5 houses on our property scattered over 8 acres. My home and vacation rental is about 3 football fields from the shore, up the hill, providing beautiful views of the lake.

This lake view cottage is walking distance from Civitan Park, Brown's Creek launch, a Mexican restaurant and a grocery store. The driveway is accessible from the road and alley, which makes it ideal for parking up to three pick-up trucks with boat trailers. It has two TV's, one in the living room, and one in the master bedroom, plus high speed WiFi. The screened porch is furnished and provides a great spot to relax and enjoy our wonderful north Alabama evenings!
