There are 2 bedrooms with queen beds. Washer/dryer in unit. The home has extras for your furry friends, such as, treats, wipes, potty bags, etc. The community features 2 dog parks and a small walking path. Close by to many museums, great restaurants, walking and mountain bike trails, and lots of entertainment.

Welcome to our structural masonry guesthouse cottage in the heart of Downtown Bentonville. You'll feel like you're stepping back in time into a historic building made entirely out of brick, but our backyard cottage was completed in 2023 as a labor of love and hospitality. Enjoy direct access to Park Springs Park and trails at the end of the block, or a short walk/ride to the Downtown square. We live in the main house on the property, but designed the cottage to maximize guest privacy. Welcome!

It is a short 15-minute drive to historic downtown Bentonville, where you can enjoy shopping, your choice of diverse culinary styles, and the internationally-renowned Crystal Bridges Art Museum. Whether you're looking to explore nature or here for a business trip, we are a short 3- minute drive from the Northwest Arkansas National Airport and a 10-minute drive from one of the Razorback Greenway trailheads.

Close to the airport and Wal-Mart AMP and perfect for those Razorback home games. Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay near the Arkansas/Missouri border. Minutes from Bella Vista and Bentonville. This cabin is located in The Greenes Campground and RV park and the cabin sits right on the creek so its elevated. you'll have to climb some stairs to come in but once you're here you won't wanna leave. We can get you on and off the water in our kayaks or yours. Bring your fishing poles, bikes for the trails, and let's have some fun.
