Το σπίτι ειναι άνετο και μπορεί να φιλοξενήσει μια οικογένεια,ενα ή δύο ζευγάρια ή μια παρεα φίλων.Έχει μεγαλη αυλή/κήπο και ειναι μπροστά στην παραλία.Η περιοχη ειναι πολυ ήσυχη,ιδανικη για χαλάρωση, ηρεμία και ξεκούραση.Για φαγητό, εκτος απο τα Καμένα Βούρλα, μπορείτε να επισκεπτείτε και κάποιο απο τα ταβερνάκια της παραλίας,που βρίσκονται σε απόσταση 2'-5' απο το σπίτι με τα πόδια...Σε κοντινές αποστάσεις βρίσκονται τα ιαματικά λουτρά των Θερμοπυλών,το Κέντρο Ιστορικής Ενημέρωσης Θερμοπυλών,το μνημείο του Λεωνίδα,το λιμάνι του Αγίου Κωνσταντίνου,η παραλία του Ασπρονεριου και τελος τα Λιχαδονήσια...
