Casa Tulia Apartment comes to you with a generous total surface area (43m2) and comfortable pool. (8x4m). It has been build only recently (2018). It is located in Grote Berg, right between Willemstad and the finest bays and quietest beaches of Curaçao. The studio is provided with a silent air conditioning system (10 kWh a day is included). Casa Tulia Studio is not suitable for children. Pool might be shared with the max two guests who stay at Casa Tulia Apartment.

Enjoy the sun and sea. Swim, snorkel and dive. An intact reef and drop-off just 30m from shore. Night diving is wonderful. Super cheap tanks rental just 2 minutes away. 30 min drive from other beaches like Playa Grandi Westpunt (with the turtles) Cas Abou & Portomarie. The apartment is at the street side. There is no seaview. But you are on the property so you can take your breakfast tray and enjoy it at the sea. Its a beautiful experience.

De kamer betreft het gehele vrijstaande huisje in de tuin. Een ruime slaapkamer voorzien van een ventilator en airconditioning, de prijs is incl. Aan de slaapkamer zit een ruime badkamer, de douche heeft warm water. Met mijn gezin woon ik in het huis.

Cozy backyard house that can be your little oasis away from home. This unit has two double doors that open out into the yard with an additional six windows all windows have screens and can be opened. Unit has a working A/C unit and hot water shower. The kitchen though small is functional with a new apartment sized fridge and new microwave as well as cook top. Enjoy using the community pool at your leisure.

Our apartment are private and safe. The electricity and water consumption are included in the price. We’re offering our guests to rent a car with us pick up and drop off at the airport is included. The apartment is located in the middle of the island so nothing is really far away with a car. It’s highly recommended with a car so the guests can explore our beautiful island freely.
