Yosemite NP is about an hour away, via 2 entrances, with year-round activities for all activity levels. Many of our guests tell us they wished they’d had more time to just unplug, right here on the property.

Screened in covered patio, only fenced in yard in the area.Community offers- golf, tennis, private lake, fishing, 3 beaches, equestrian center, pickleball courts, outdoor pool, hiking, shooting range, bow range and local trails.

The house has three bedrooms, two baths, washer/dryer, WiFi, large flat panel TV, surround sound DVD and HDMI cable. Fully equipped kitchen, gas BBQ. Enjoy hiking, PML golfing (fee), hang out at the lake beach, or rent a boat. Dine at The Grill, and stargaze from the swing seat on the back deck.

There is a $50 gate fee to enter.

It was completely remodeled in 2018 with amenities that include washer/dryer, dishwasher, wifi, cable TV, central heat/air, tankless water heater. 1 block walk to restaurants, shops, and the Iron Door Saloon. It's 24 miles from Yosemite National Park entrance and a 20 min drive to Lake Don Pedro. Plenty of room for boat parking. There are numerous mountain biking trails nearby as well as guided river rafting excursions with a local company.

This home has 1 Exterior Ring camera doorbell, located by the ground level red entry door. This records video & audio, when activated by motion detection or pushing the ring button.

NO FEE's Do Not pay ($50.)if you DO NOT use the HOA amenities. The club House is extremely careful and cautious about being cleaned and sanitized after each guest. We understand the importance of staying Healthy that’s why we use 40-80 First Defense (Hospital Grade/ Covid 19 DISINFECTANT plus Clorox Clean up bleach DISINFECTANT after each guest to ensure not to spread any illnesses or Diseases! We are also equipped with a fully automatic whole house propane generator.
