Ático Duplex de lujo en el centro de Málaga, si quieres conocer el centro de Málaga sin necesidad de coger el coche aquí tendrás todas las comodidades, piso con mucha luz☀️, dos plantas con una terraza fantástica donde podrás disfrutar de las noches malagueñas en la mejor compañia. 🍹🍉👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 La vivienda esta compuesta de 2 dormitorios, la primera con cama de matrimonio junto con el baño y la segunda se encuentra en la parte superior abuhardillada con salida directa a la terraza (colchones viscoelásticos a estrenar). Salón con cocina americana con todos los electrodomésticos (horno, lavadora, lavavajillas etc). Salón con sofá cama comodísimo y a estrenar junto con mesa con 4 sillas tambien nuevas y muy bonitas. Para que no tengas que preocuparte dejamos juegos de toallas, sabanas, secador de pelo, plancha y todo lo necesario para que vengas con lo mínimo. A unos minutos de la calle Larios, muelle 1, museos, zona de tiendas y supermercados, la vivienda está ubicada en una de las calles con más tradición de la Semana Santa malagueña y a 2 pasos de la feria del centro 😊🎡 Estoy 24 horas abierto a resolver cualquier duda que tengais y en vuestra estancia. 😉💙 ---------------- Duplex luxury penthouse in the center of Malaga, if you want to know the center of Malaga without having to take the car here you will have all the comforts, bright apartment, two floors with a fantastic terrace where you can enjoy the Malaga nights in the best company. 🍹🍉👨👩👧👦 The house is composed of 2 bedrooms, the first with double bed along with the bathroom and the second is in the upper attic with direct access to the terrace (brand new viscoelastic mattresses). Living room with kitchenette with all appliances (oven, washing machine, dishwasher etc). Living room with comfortable sofa bed and brand new with table with 4 chairs also new and very nice. So that you do not have to worry we leave towels, sheets, hair dryer, iron and everything you need to come with the minimum. A few minutes from Calle Larios, pier 1, museums, shopping area and supermarkets, the house is located in one of the streets with more tradition of the Holy Week in Malaga and 2 steps from the fair center 😊🎡 I am open 24 hours to solve any doubt you have and in your stay. 😉💙
