This quiet, country home is minutes away from Beaches, Wineries, the Arroyo Grande Village & Lopez Lake. Enjoy peace & tranquility while taking in the views of rolling hills, meadows, vineyards, deer, birds, and even a partial ocean view from your deck (on clear days)! We have 3 dogs, 1 goat, 11 chickens & 2 cows on our 7 acre property. Sometimes we have pigs too! If you are interested in a tour, feeding the animals, or if you have young kids who want a tractor ride, please be sure to ask!

Easy access to the 101 Freeway, where you can easily visit Santa Barbara or Paso Robles wine regions. Our home is FULLY Air Conditioned and features a level 2 Tesla charger for EV cars.

Walking distance to Birchwood Beer & Wine Garden & Jockos Steakhouse. Queen size loft bed with a very comfortable Casper mattress. I have 2 dogs & my neighbors have a rooster, goats & sheep so I hope you’re ok with farm sounds.

This stand-alone casita sits in the privacy of our rear yard and has a separate entrance. We are three minutes from highway 101 in the newer La Ventana community. Surrounded by beautiful mountain views on the Central Coast and close to many flourishing wineries, this residence is 20 minutes south of Pismo Beach, 30 minutes from San Luis Obispo, one hour north of Santa Barbara, close to the beautiful Danish city of Solvang and Santa Ynez.

At our special spot, you get the best of both worlds: clean, modern and comfortably appointed tiny home on an oak-studded ranch surrounded by nature. Close enough to town, beaches, wineries, and restaurants for convenience while being far enough away to relax. Check out the creative and flexible spaces on the inside (living space coverts via Murphy bed to a queen bed sleeping area) and the comfy back patio for outdoor enjoyment.

Cottage at Lavender Oaks Farm

The Cottage at Lavender Oaks Farm is a wonderful peaceful guest house on a 5 acre lot. You’ll find a 780 sq.Ft indoor space with a private deck, giant oak trees and a beautiful view of the garden outside. The sunny open floor plan has a queen-sized bed, a couch, 2 loveseats a dining area and kitchen. The Cottage accommodates two adults. I will accept pets on a case-by-case basis.

Beach home near golf, wineries, dunes & Vandenburg

This Pasadera home has three bedrooms two and a half bathrooms with a loft which has a fold out couch. The downstairs couch will sleep 2 more if needed so 9 people will fit. It’s just a few miles away from Trilogy and Blacklake golf course, the beach, shopping , golf courses and many wineries! It’s a perfect beach community. About 20 minutes to Vandenburg Air Force base.
