Lamar is a house which was finished renovating in Sept 2022. From an old fisherman's house we have created two completely independent houses on the sea. The house in question has three bedrooms with ensuite bathroom, a kitchen, a living room, a service bathroom and three terraces, located a few meters from the sea, one of which is covered. On the ground floor terrace there is a small but beautiful marble jacuzzi/pool. On the second floor terrace there is an outdoor shower overlooking the sunset.

Colonial house from 1912

Our house is comfortable in space for our guests. It has three rooms with bathroom included where you will feel comfortable. We have a terrace where you can sunbathe in the afternoon and enjoy our elevated pool. The kitchen is spacious and has all the utensils. You can sit whenever you want on the balcony of the house where you can appreciate the poverty of Cuban society. The house is colonial due to its architecture. You will feel in the ideal space for your enjoyment!

Disponemos de un sistema de energía 100% solar con paneles, inversores y baterías. Funciona de forma autónoma las 24 horas, pero requiere un consumo responsable: si se usan demasiados aparatos a la vez, las baterías se agotan al caer el sol. Para evitarlo, los aires acondicionados de las habitaciones se utilizan únicamente por la noche, que es cuando más electricidad consumen. Agradecemos tu comprensión y colaboración.
