The tiny house sits behind a small business. There’s plenty of privacy. The back parking lot is shared with the business. Huge yard!

This tiny house is located on a small 6-acre farm on the edge of Indianapolis only 15 minutes from the airport, 20 minutes from downtown & 25 minutes from Indianapolis Speedway. The tiny house has all the amenities needed for a short-term or long-term stay including a washer/dryer, BBQ & kitchenette. You’ll have access to a fire pit, yard swing & pergola in the shared backyard. And, you can visit the goats, cows, duck, turkeys & chickens and collect eggs!
