Newly renovated loft in a building that is on the National Register of Historic Places. Centrally located in the Gunnison Valley, the loft is in downtown Gunnison and is walking distance from shops, restaurants, grocery stores and WCU. In the summer, you can enjoy hiking, biking, ATV trails, fly fishing, rafting, horseback riding and golfing. Crested Butte is 30 minutes away and the wildflower capital of Colorado. In the winter, Crested Butte Ski resort and Monarch Mountain are 45 minutes away.

Situated on top of the mountain at Blue Mesa Reservoir, this newly-built cabin has amazing views out of every window. We are 5 min from Lake Fork Boat Ramp, and 40 minutes from the Black Canyon. Whether you are relaxing, fishing, or boating, this is the spot! You & your family/friends will enjoy every minute—with plenty of space for everyone! 2 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, lots of extra beds, a fully stocked kitchen, & a HUGE deck! *Please note: there is NO WIFI. Central location, easy walking to all town offerings, access to free bus to Crested Butte, close drives to Black Canyon of the Gunnison, Blue Mesa Reservoir.

Craftsmen Cabin

Experience staying in an original late 1800's one room log cabin restored and upgraded with all the modern comforts and amenities in a safe, quiet neighborhood. You'll find a Queen bed with ample storage underneath, a full size futon couch and a kitchen that will meet your needs for you're visit. Within a block radius there's 4 restaurants, hockey rink, city parks and bus stop (free bus to Crested Butte), 3 Blocks to down town Gunnison and 6 blocks to Western State Colorado University.

Gunnison Riverside Cabin

An approximately 800 sq ft cabin. Comfortably sleeps 4, can sleep 5 adults; extra beds for children. Spectrum Internet & TV are provided. Kitchen has a full size refrigerator & stove, pots, pans & dishes. Free washer & dryer available. Open living area has a day bed with trundle. Upstairs loft has a queen bed & queen futon. Backyard is fenced for children and/or dog(s) (dogs require permission). Private Gunnison River frontage is out the back gate. You can fish or relax & enjoy the view.

Gunnison Garden-level Two-Bedroom

Kick back and unwind in this calm and cozy garden-level suite. Enjoy the fresh and newly remodeled space with a natural-pine decor. Located in a quiet neighborhood just minutes from the downtown core, and within walking distance to the Van Tuyl trails, disc golf, or the new public library. Day trips to Crested Butte can be simplified with free public transit only one block from the house. Gunnison offers an unlimited imagination to adventure in the outdoors. Your journey begins here.

Off street parking, walking distance to Main Street shops, Western Campus, restaurants, and grocery. Open layout with lots of sunshine and views of the Gunnison Valley. Central location perfectly suited for a basecamp to adventure in the Gunnison Valley. Among guest favorites is the full sized washer and dryer to freshen up from the day’s excursion. Those wishing to bring a pet, please contact host rather than instant book. Pets must accompany guests whenever leaving loft.

The Solargon

The Solargon is inspired by elements of Asian yurts, Navajo hogons and Native American hidatsa lodges. welcome to a working cattle ranch! the 600 square foot cabin has a woodburning stove, a large fenced yard, and privacy. you will be the only other house on our 185 acre ranch. located 10 miles east of Gunnison, there is plenty of room for parking so if you have your snowmobiles or off road atvs with you, you will have no problem turning around! you will have views of hay meadows, an arena, and horse pastures. we are pet friendly!
