Due to the popular demand of our first cottage, now available is our second cottage remodeled, decorated & awaiting guests to arrive from around the globe. Whittier destination is a mid-century cottage in a private courtyard of 6 cottages situated in a semi-circle around a sparkling swimming pool. Ideal for families, couples business people and the like. More than just a place to stay, it's a destination in and of itself.

This is a two-room independent cottage located in an upscale neighborhood of Pasadena full of century-old trees. Each room has its own access door to the bathroom. This cozy studio is attached to the main house. Guests have the whole place to themselves with private entrance. Fully furnished, kitchen for basic cooking, 1 Queen size bed, Wi-Fi, Alexa and Swimming Pool (not heated) ***. Guests private entrance is through side gate. (key will be in lockbox). Parking is available on street. *** 18 and older. Not suitable for children*** (The pool is for registered guests only.) Visitors who are not staying on the property are not permitted to use it.

Studio Cottage

This is a small Studio cottage at the rear of my home. It's craftsmanesk in style with a partially open ceiling and a skylight. It's perfect for a couple or single person. There is a swimming pool but it's not heated, fine for swimming June to Oct depending on the weather, unless you are a polar bear. It's a 5 min walk to the MetroGold Line and a 10 min walk to new restaurants on Figueroa St. I have a fairly extensive cactus / succulent garden.
