Tree lined garden cottage - no cleaning fees

Our home & 4 yr old fully self-contained cottage is on a 0.9 hectare (2.3 acre) "lifestyle" property in the country but is only 5 mins drive from the University and 4 local schools, our local supermarket, post office and food outlets. We are also 15 mins drive from Hamilton central business district (CBD), the Hospital and Wintec in one direction and the Airport in the other direction. We do NOT charge separate cleaning fees (NB when comparing), offer a 25% discount for 1 week, 35% per month.

Nestled within the Queenwood gully this is a private downstairs unit situated below our family home. The spacious studio has a unique charm with its contemporary art deco interior design and bold furnishings. The large, north facing sunny bedroom with a sliding door over looks the swimming pool and out towards the expansive tropical gardens and native gully. *Note that a trundler bed can be brought in & is located in the main living space which is subject to noise from little feet above.

Unlimited Wifi and multi channel 'Freeview' TV are available. Our family home is across the pool and we are happy to help in any way we can.

Hart Farm B&B - No Cleaning Fee

Beautiful and spacious guest suite with separate bathroom and private entrance. The main room has a king-size bed and a comfortable lounge area with a TV, coffee/tea/breakfast-making facilities and a dining area. The second room has two single beds. The bathroom is large and modern and was brand new in 2019. There is a covered outdoor deck with rural views to neighbouring farms and there is ample parking for cars/trailers/campervans.
