Located just 4 min. by car from the main town for all your shopping needs. My place is also within walking distance to one of the Hamptons best waterfront Caribbean restaurants- so no worries about having a drink and getting home. The location and ambiance is what makes my place stand out from the rest. You’re gonna love it here!

Peaceful 3 bedroom cottage in a quaint section of the Hamptons. Located on the south shore, closest to the ocean beaches you can get. Bay water at end of lane, ocean beach just over the Ponquogue bridge. Large backyard for games & BBQ grilling. Enclosed patio for morning coffee & evening dinners. Including, comfortable beds, beach strolls and a bright upgraded kitchen with many amenities. The 3 bedrooms will fit up to 8 people comfortably.

Waterfront Round House View

A unique little beach house on the south shore of long island with the most beautiful view. The house is located on a canal. Dock is available! **We have Paddle Boards, Surf Boards and 3- 2 person Kayaks onsite for you to use during your stay. You can get to the Great South Bay by paddling to the mouth of the canal. And you can get to Fire Island by hiring a Water Taxi to pick you up! The octagon house was built in the 1970s. It's recently been refreshed with all new beds & linens.

Brand new Weber Grill (2025). We have completed renovations of 3 bathrooms, 2 kitchens, and the entire pool house over the last 18 months. Our home is <10 minutes drive to the beach, groceries, and restaurants! Our pool will open May 23, 2026 and close on Labor Day.

-Our beach is private, key and beach tag provided- (in brown shed) This 1000+ sf home, features a newly renovated kitchen, outdoor shower, and many quirks that come with a 90 year old home. The furnishings are eclectic and vintage. Most of the flooring is also new. The beach and bluffs are only about a 2 minute walk. The 1/4 acre lot is shared with a secondary unit as you can see in the photos which is occupied by my sister.
